A reservation number alone does not mean your appointment has been accepted.

Please wait for a confirmation number via email or a direct call from a salon representative - receiving a confirmation number means your appointment has been accepted.

You can book multiple services at once - no need to submit multiple appointments.

You can choose a specific stylist or let the system decide first availability for you. If you do not see a stylist listed on a specific date then the stylists is off that day. Try another day if you need a specific stylist.
